Album Name: Club Service Projects Return to Albums
Description: All funds raised by the club are used to fund service projects both locally and abroad.

Selena was able to spend two weeks at a camp in the Sierras thanks to help from our club. This was a dream come true for Selena. The Rotary Club provided computers for a children's library in an impoverished village in Guatemala. Daughter of a Reno Rotarian, Elena, gives Pedro his first computer lesson. Thanks to help from the Rotary Club Selena received tutoring assistance and successfully completed the third grade despite ESL and learning disorder issues. George, 7, lived in a garage in East Palo Alto when the Rotary Club first met him. Now he is going to camp and taking piano lessons. He dreams of playing Beethoven's piano sonatas. The club has offered both financial support and tutoring assistance to the Mid-Peninsula Girls' Club in East Palo Alto.
Justin, a fourth grader at Garfield Charter School in Redwood City, was delighted with his dictionary, a gift from the club.
