7:30 AM - 8:30 AM Wednesday with breakfast, fellowship. project updates and an interesting speaker from the community.

Guild Hall, Woodside Village Church, 3154 Woodside Road, Woodside, California

Guests are welcome!

This Week's Program:  Woodside Resident and Philanthropist, Noel Perry, will talk about the mission of his non-partisan, non-profit, Next Ten.  Next Ten hopes to educate, engage and empower Californians towards the objective of improving California's economy.  Guests are welcome.  Have a look at Next Ten's website at www.next-ten.org for further information.  Please let Joan know if you are bringing guests so that we might have sufficient food availalbe.

Last  Week's Program:  Menlo Park Co-Chairs, Betty and Roger Toguchi talked about the Rotary trip to Baja Sur to visit the clean water project.  It was the first project visit for the Toguchis and several other of the Rotary participants.  They visited tiny remote villages with no electricity and saw the photovoltaic cells in operation filtering the water.  They returned to civilization in the evenings for Margaritas, whale watching and great food.  A good time was had by all and the Toguchis recommend that every Rotarian visit a club project in another country.

Next Week's Program:  Evelyn Koch, Eldercare Advisor, will discuss the much talked about and little understood Medicare Prescription program, Medicare Part D.  If you are not yet a senior you need to learn about it to help your senior family members and friends.  Invite seniors to join us as guests on April 12th.

Club News The latest two puppies to arrive at the Peninsula Humane Society from Animal Aware in Guatemala will be available for adoption on or about April 11th.  Both are females, one will be fairly small, the other mid-sized.  Both are very sweet (of course).  Photos are available.
