Program Chair, Dave Hyman, will introduce Hap Halloran who will talk about his experience as a POW in Japan during World War II.

Last  Week's Program:   World Neighbors  Ken Broome introduced Gregg Biggs who is the west coast representative for World Neighbors.  Our club partnered with World Neighbors in the past on an agriculture project in Oaxaca, Mexico.  Gregg talked about the recently approved Rotary 3-H grant which grew out of Florence Cassasuce's work on clean water.  $327,000 has been approved to provide clean water, latrines, fuel efficient stoves, agricultural assistance and microcredit to villages surrounding Lake Atitlan in Guatemala.  Gregg also talked about World Neighbor's work in Kenya, a country suddenly thrust into the international spotlight.
